4. Shop Owners & Delivery Partners
Shop owners and delivery partners must complete the verification process before using platform features. Makkal Delivery reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its discretion.
5. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices, delivery fees, and offers are as displayed in the app. Payments may be made via Cash on Delivery or other supported methods.
6. Limitation of Liability
Makkal Delivery acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the quality of products sold by shops or the conduct of independent delivery partners, except where required by law.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
